Plastic Pallet Equipment Installation Completed in Thailand by PalletMach Within 15 Days
In the competitive world of plastic manufacturing, having the right equipment for plastic pallets can ensure seamless production. This March, PalletMach achieved a landmark project in Thailand, all in just 15 days.
The client is a leading plastic enterprise in Thailand, a market leader with 40 years of experience in plastic manufacturing. With 40 plastic pallet machines and 20 granulators on site, its product portfolio centers on plastic pallets while spanning a diverse range of related plastic products.
The client faced continuously rising raw material costs. As plastic waste recycling became essential for cost control and operational efficiency, the client's traditional manual injection molding machines proved inadequate for processing recycled materials.

From July to August last year, the client and PalletMach's technical teams engaged in reciprocal visits between Thailand and China. Focusing on material characteristics and production challenges, the discussions culminated in a formal cooperation agreement.
Since establishing cooperation with a Thai client last year, the team at PalletMach has been diligently advancing equipment production, shipping, and preparatory work. This month, the plastic pallet production line was successfully installed and officially commissioned in Thailand.
When March arrived, so did the heat—temperatures in Thailand surged past 35°C, with factory floor conditions reaching 40°C. Despite the demanding environment, PalletMach's senior engineer, Mr. Zhang, led his team with exceptional efficiency, completing the entire installation five days ahead of schedule.

March 11: Mr. Zhang arrived at Bangkok Airport at 12:20 PM local time and began pre-installation preparations that same afternoon.
March 12–13: The team efficiently assembled the plastic pallet equipment—the core component of the production line.

March 14–15: Installation of the primary extruder, secondary extruder, and dosing tank was completed. These extrusion units handle material plasticization, directly affecting production efficiency and final product quality.

March 16–17: Cable trays and wiring were laid. Electrical system stability is fundamental to safe operation. Under nearly 40°C workshop conditions, Mr. Zhang and his team meticulously verified each connection to ensure safety.
March 18–21: Fully automated auxiliary equipment—including chillers, robotic arms, and conveyor systems—was integrated into the production line.
March 22–23: Cover components for core equipment were installed, followed by robotic arm commissioning and full-line integration testing.
March 24–25: Mr. Zhang conducted a two-day training session for the client's factory workers, covering routine operations and troubleshooting, with hands-on guidance.
Once raw materials were fed into the line, the equipment operated smoothly. Plastic pallets with tight structural integrity and smooth surfaces were precisely removed by robotic arms. The finished products demonstrated outstanding flatness, load-bearing capacity, and color consistency—clear indicators of high-quality manufacturing.

This successful project not only highlights PalletMach's technical expertise in manufacturing and installing equipment for plastic pallets but also demonstrates the company's strong capabilities in delivering overseas projects with professionalism, efficiency, and reliability.
