Belgian client uses a pallet press machine to produce eco-friendly miscanthus pallets

In early 2024, an inquiry landed at the desk of PalletMach: “Hello, I would like to know the price of pallet press machine. I have businesses in both Ghana and Belgium and am comparing where to set up operations for maximum efficiency.”

The quality of the miscanthus pallet has met the standards

Back in 2017, PalletMach successfully completed feasibility trials for Miscanthus molding pallets. But no client was ever willing to implement this plan.

PalletMach’s plant fiber molding technology employs eco-friendly MDI adhesives combined with high-temperature and high-pressure processes, ensuring a tight bond of Miscanthus fibers. The performance of these pallets is comparable to that of traditional wood chip molding pallets.
Miscanthus molding pallets boast a dynamic load capacity of up to 1.5 tons, more than sufficient to meet typical logistical transport needs.

From blueprint to production line

Local access to pre-processed Miscanthus raw materials will save a substantial amount in upfront investment. Although labor costs are higher, the comprehensive return on investment is the shortest.

The customer has invested in a complete production line, configuring two presses that provide substantial annual output.
