Shelf test: When placed under full load conditions, the shelves remain motionless and show no deformation.
The PM1111-D3FH pallet with a "U-shaped base" structure is produced using the "separate molding + assembly" process:The high-density U-shaped base and the panel are separately molded by the press wood pallet machines from PalletMach, and then assembled by nailing.
This structure enables the force to be evenly distributed like a spread-out palm, significantly enhancing the product's resistance to deformation.

In this project, the client crushed the used wooden pallets into wood chips. These weakened and dampened leftover materials — which had deteriorated due to moisture and mold — were transformed into high-quality raw materials through the PalletMach pre-processing equipment.
Raw material costs have plummeted sharply.
The wood is pushed into the high-efficiency crusher under the force of gravity and is then broken by the high-speed rotating hammerhead. After passing through the sieve plate, the wood chips smaller than the sieve mesh are discharged, while the parts larger than the sieve mesh continue to be hammered and ground. By changing the sieve mesh specification, the material can be precisely crushed to the desired size.

The drying machine achieves a total heat transfer coefficient that is 2 to 3 times higher than that of ordinary models through the combined effect of crushing, stirring, and the rotation of the drum. The crushing and stirring device can break down large pieces of material, increasing the heat absorption area and significantly enhancing the drying efficiency.
