PalletMach transforms miscellaneous wood into Wood Chip Compressed Pallets
A certain company in Thailand, specializing in packaging products and equipment manufacturing, faced a large amount of waste wood raw materials and decided to embark on the path of producing Wood Chip Compressed Pallets.As a company new to this field, the client had no experience in producing Wood Chip Compressed Pallets.
In the winter of 2023, the client found PalletMach through Google Ads and expressed that they had a large amount of waste wood materials and wanted to produce Wood Chip Compressed Pallets. Our new Wood Chip Compressed Pallet production equipment is highly efficient and energy-saving, closely following the new environmental protection standards, and has been highly praised by customers.
In early December, the client decided to visit the PalletMach factory to inspect the equipment in person. During the visit, the client showed great interest in the smooth operation of the automated Wood Chip Compressed Pallet production line. PalletMach engineers optimized the production line and adjusted the equipment configuration based on the client's factory blueprint.
In addition, PalletMach has over 10 mature Wood Chip Compressed Pallet patterns, which also ensure that the Wood Chip Compressed Pallets produced by the client can meet market demands. After multiple rounds of communication and adjustments to the plan, the client placed an order in June 2024, purchasing 2 high-rise Single Mould Wood Pallet Machines;1 Drum type wood chipper machine, 1 grinder, 1 mixing system, 2 mold temperature controllers, and a complete set of accessories, and customizing 2 sets of molds.
The raw materials of the client are mainly a mixture of discarded wood, which is hard in texture, uneven in density, and has a high moisture content due to long-term stacking.

Due to these factors, the initially tested Wood Chip Compressed Pallets were uneven in thickness and overall too thick. The engineers at PalletMach quickly made adjustments and adopted frequency converters and servo drives to precisely control the laying and flatness of the raw materials. Eventually, they solved the problems of the Wood Chip Compressed Pallets being too thick and heavy.
However, after a large-scale production, the uneven density of the raw materials led to inconsistent quality of the Wood Chip Compressed Pallets. To completely solve this problem, the engineering team of PalletMach settled in the factory area and conducted in-depth research and multiple tests.
In July this year, PalletMach sent new molds to the customers. The engineers flew to the site in Thailand on August 5th to install and debug the equipment in person.

After the equipment was debugged, the newly customized molds perfectly fit the automated production line, and the quality of the wood shavings molded pallets produced significantly improved.
