In September, the PalletMach business team visited and inspected the client's palm oil plantation and factory. In October, the processed palm fiber raw materials were transported across the ocean to PalletMach's factory, ready for testing.

Operation simplicity: MDI glue can be used directly after opening, with no need to mix or adjust. Even beginners can operate it, and the quality is stable. What about urea-formaldehyde glue? It needs to be diluted with water to adjust the ratio. A little too much or too little will affect the quality, and it all depends on the worker's experience. If you're not careful, it will cause problems.

Although the unit price of MDI glue is higher than that of urea-formaldehyde glue, its usage is lower! MDI glue only accounts for 4% of the total weight of the pallet, while urea-formaldehyde glue takes up 15%.
