The PalletMach pallet trimming workstation consists of two core components: the pallet edge-trimming robotic arm and the pallet positioning platform, enabling automated precision finishing of pallet edges.

Its workflow is as follows:
1. Loading: The palletizing robotic arm retrieves the freshly pressed pallets from the molding press.
2. Positioning: The pallet is placed onto the pallet positioning platform (a fixed clamping and positioning fixture).
3. Processing: The edge-trimming robotic arm, equipped with a chamfering machine, grinds and bevels the edges according to the programmed path.
4. Dust Removal: After grinding, the robotic arm follows a set path with a dust removal device to collect debris.
5. Unloading: The palletizing robotic arm removes the processed pallet from the fixture and stacks it.
6. Cycle: The next pallet is picked up, and the process repeats.

It is deeply synchronized with the production rhythm of our independently developed molding presses, enabling an efficient "one-trims-two" collaborative operation mode (where one workstation simultaneously serves two molding presses). It also supports standalone manual operation.
This product is designed as a production line accessory and is not sold separately.
