By providing a customized PP PE waste recycling production line for molded pallets, the client successfully transforms nearly 100 tons of plastic waste per month into high-value products, achieving a green upgrade from "waste" to "resource".
From Waste Accumulation to Recycling Needs
The company primarily uses PP and PE as raw materials (about 70%), along with other materials like PET and ABS. With the expansion of production capacity, the original manual injection molding machines struggled to handle the pressure of processing nearly 100 tons of recycled plastic per month. Severe waste accumulation was constraining production efficiency.
PalletMach's team conducted on-site research and found that only a small portion of the washed, high-quality material was suitable for injection molding. A significant volume of sinkers and fragmented particles presented major PP/PE waste recycling difficulties. Furthermore, metal contaminants mixed within the raw materials posed a potential risk to the stability of the downstream production process.

Technological Integration Drives Structural Breakthrough
Addressing the client's three core demands – efficiency improvement, energy consumption reduction, and enhanced product competitiveness – PalletMach proposed a closed-loop PP/PE waste recycling solution centered on plastic molded pallets:
A pre-treatment purification system was configured according to the material characteristics to ensure raw material cleanliness.
Through structural innovation, the pallet thickness was successfully optimized from 50mm to 40mm while maintaining a 1-ton dynamic load.
Considering the client's existing 8-meter overhead crane and hardened floor conditions, a complete equipment line and process adaptation plan were provided.
